The passenger bus was blocking the Hanoi Highway during rush hour causing traffic snarl on the Saigon Bridge and the highway.
Traffic police forces arrived at the scene soon after being informed to cordon off and control traffic to release traffic gridlock. At noon, traffic cops battled traffic congestion.
