On September 12, 2011, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam appointed Mr. Luong Thanh Nghi, Director-General of Foreign Press Center, as Director-General of Press and Information Department, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
