According to the indictment, border guards in Moc Bai Border Gate discovered six Vietnamese people including Siu Kut, Siu Guong, Siu Blo, Pham Van Hai, Hoang Thi Thu Ha and her three year old toddler on the way to Cambodia.
At the border guard station, these people admitted to giving VND5 million – VND9 million to Ngoc who would lead them to Cambodia and then to Thailand.
Expanding the investigation, the border guards detected that Ngoc had sent Vietnamese people to other countries at the price of VND11 million – VND15 million from March, 2017 to March, 2019.
