Free tours offered to local, foreign reporters for US-North Korea Summit

Local and foreign correspondents covering the second summit between North Korea’s leader Kim Jong-un and US President Donald Trump will get free tours to visit Hanoi as per the proposal of the Hanoi Department of Transport and the Urban Traffic Management Center.

To facilitate correspondents' operation reporting the summit from February 25 to March 2, double-deckers city tour will stop at the summit press center at 91 Tran Hung Dao Street in Hoan Kiem District during the above-mentioned time.
The first route of Hanoi City tour Hop on - Hop off was launched in May, 2018 through 25 streets with 13 stops facilitating travelers' sightseeing tour in Hanoi.
Sightseers must pay VND300,000 for a 4 hour hop-on hop-off bus ticket; VND450,000 for a 24 hour hop-on hop-off bus ticket and VND650,000 for 48 hour bus ticket.
Before, Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung directed public transport companies to create good condition for local and foreign reporters who cover the important summit.
