“Compassionate Tet” brings gifts to disadvantaged families in Quang Ngai

On February 12, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Bui Thi Quynh Van joined benefactors in presenting 300 gift packages in the Tet nhan ai (Compassionate Tet) program.

On February 12, Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, and benefactors presented 300 gift packages worth VND240 million (US$9,257) to poor, near-poor, disadvantaged, and disaster-stricken households in Binh Minh Commune of Quang Ngai Province at the Tet nhan ai (Compassionate Tet) program for the Year of the Horse 2026, organized by the Quang Ngai Provincial Red Cross Society and the Green Leaf Fund.

On the occasion of the New Year, Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van extended her best wishes for a prosperous and happy New Year to the people of Binh Minh Commune.

The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee hoped that the people would continue to uphold the spirit of solidarity, strictly abide by the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws, strive to develop the economy, achieve sustainable poverty reduction, and build a stronger locality.
