In front of Lenin monument, the delegates expressed their sincere respect, memorizing Lenin's great contribution to the revolutionary cause in the world, vowing absolute loyalty to Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh’s thought.
They also swore to unanimously unite, consistently implement the proletariat’s ideal and revolutionary cause; to build Hanoi capital as well as Vietnam more and more beautiful, civilized and modern, contributing to the proletarian revolution in the world.
On the same day, agencies and organizations of Hanoi also came to lay wreaths at the monument of Lenin.
