Clean water systems given to residents in Highlands

Ho Chi Minh City Border Guard in coordination with Vietnam Fatherland Front in Ho Chi Minh City handled four clean water systems to residents and border guard stations in the border areas in the Highlands provinces of Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Nong and Dak Lak.

The facilities, including water stations, water filter systems and pipeline systems, totally cost more than VND 2 billion ($86,200) taken from Vietnam Fatherland Front Ho Chi Minh City’s budget.
Vice President of the VFF’s Ho Chi Minh City Trieu Le Khanh said that the facilities would help tackling the lack of clean water for local production and daily life during dry season.
