The Ho Chi Minh City Employment Service Center under the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs yesterday held the first job exchange to recruit thousands of employees through the websites http://vlhcm.vieclamvietnam.gov.vn and http://vieclamhcm.net.
Deputy Director of the center Nguyen Cao Thang said that 34 enterprises and schools conducted direct recruitment via interview and 63 companies announced their recruitment demand via the websites. 3, 300 jobs in the fields of textile & garment, security, customer care service, finance and others; including 1, 500 new jobs for unskilled labors are waiting for employees. Salary level for workers was reported at VND 5- 15 million per month.
In 2016, the center will develop online connection between jobseekers and employers, aiming to create the best favorable conditions for laborers, students and enterprises.
Through the two recruitment websites, both employees and enterprises can easily access together as well as ensure labor data.
As schedule, the center will hold another online job exchange in the second quarter in 2016.
