According to the third draft of this circular, when a voice call occurs, the departure network is to pay the connection network VND270 per minute (approx. $0.012).
The connection fee for a voice call from a local terrestrial stationary telecommunications network to a national terrestrial mobile network will be similar.
At the moment, Circular No.48/2017/TT-BTTTT regulates that the connection fee for a voice call between two national terrestrial mobile networks ranges from VND400 ($0.017) to VND440 ($0.019) per minute while the fee from a local terrestrial stationary telecommunications network to a national terrestrial mobile network VND320 ($0.014) per minute, excluding the value added tax.
