That was revealed yesterday by deputy director general of SCIC Nguyen Chi Thanh who said that SCIC revenue reached VND7,380 billion (US$325 million) as of December 31, 2017.
According to Mr. Thanh, SCIC successfully divested VND4224 billion state capital from 38 enterprises the sold value of VND932 billion. The value reached VND21,208 billion if counting the first sale of 5.4 percent of Vinamilk chartered capital. Vinamilk is the largest dairy company in Vietnam.
Since being established until now, SCIC has sold state capital at 986 enterprises and sold purchase right at 19 others with the total capital of VND8,084 billion and sold value of VND27,999 billion.
