HCMC rolls out lucrative land rent exemptions to boost urban investment

The HCMC People’s Council has promulgated Resolution No.13/2026/NQ-HDND, which outlines a favorable land rent exemption regime for projects utilizing land for production and commercial purposes within investment-incentive sectors (prioritized trades and industries) or located across promoted investment zones right within the bustling city.
