The most reduction was in the group of tourist automobiles with 10,705 being sold, down 36 percent compared to the previous month.
The selling output of specialized vehicles reached 1,675, down 6 percent. Commercial automobiles reduced 15 percent to 9,562.
According to VAMA, despite the April reduction, the output still reached 86,671 automobiles in the first four months this year, up 1 percent over the same period in 2016. Of the sold numbers were 52,305 tourist automobiles and 5,082 specialized vehicles.
