Minister of Transport Truong Quang Nghia urged that Dong Nai province needed to hurry up the completion of site clearance plan, capital usage plan in line to the project phase.
First of all, the southeastern province should give priority for its first phase on the area of 1,165 hectares followed by the areas of 2,720 hectares and 2,250 hectares of land.
On the other hand, Mr. Truong Quang Nghia suggested that the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment evaluating the land price bracket for compensation and land clearance, and the Ministry of Construction should corporate with the locality for building the resettlement areas.
The People’s Committee of Dong Nai province has developed the project's implementation plan and the outline to report some specific mechanisms for the Prime Minister’s approval.
Besides, the province has also established the working group to implement the feasibility reports of the project.
