Vietnamese government has decided to establish the National Coordination Center for Viscera Transplant with headquarters in Hanoi and under direct control of the Ministry of Health.
The National Coordination Center for Viscera Transplant will coordinate organ donations, transplant of human viscera and establishing tissue banks and healthcare centers across the country.
The Prime Minister has assigned the Minister of Health to stipulate specific missions, assign authority and lay out an organizational structure for the center.
