Of these, state budget capital reached VND 134. 6 trillion and Government Bond capital was nearly VND 2.5 trillion.
Currently, there are 11 among 44 ministries, departments and 15 among 63 localities having high disbursement rate. However, there are still 13 among 44 ministries, departments and 4 among 63 localities having disbursement rate under 30 percent.
The result showed that the disbursement of investment capital from the State budget in the first eight months of the year assigned by the National Assembly reached 30 percent compared to the same period last year.
However, the disbursement of Government bonds capital was in low rate compared to the same period last year.
