Gia Dinh Textile and Garment one member limited company (Giditexco) yesterday launched the auction of 15 million shares to public on HOSE, equal to 24.28 percent of its chartered capital after equitisation, at a starting cost of VND 10,200 per share.
The auction attracted many investors & 18 individual investors and organization one achieved success. The total value of the shares sold on HOSE were worth VND 155.8billion.
Giditexco was founded in 1992, specializing in textile & garment industry, buying material and building industrial works, infrastructure at industrial zones and resident areas.
The plan on equitisation of Giditexco, it has its chartered capital of VND 627.39 billion.
