Speaking at the forum, Minister of Science and Technology Chu Ngoc Anh confirmed that the Ministry will fully support the implementation of this cutting edge technology in building an electronic government.
Accordingly, the Ministry will cooperate with other related ministries and bodies to research and prepare a detailed plan, to map out a clear route for the development of applications with Blockchain technology.
By learning experience from other nations, the Ministry of Science and Technology will offer consultation for the Central Party and the government in issuing proper policies, legal regulations to boost the use of Blockchain technology in Vietnam and keep it under control.
Participating in the forum were international and domestic professionals on technology and economy.
