Border guards and relevant agencies continued to expand their investigation. They found 11 packages weighing 7.5 kilograms of the same substance in Duc Nhan restaurant in Lao Bao town, Huong Hoa District.
Probing into the case, the Border Station of the Lao Bao Border Gate arrested 20-year-old Omeje Jonson Chibu of Nigeria nationality for illegal entrance. The Nigerian man then confessed to leave the bag at the restaurant.
