
The international tourists visited the city’s attractions, such as Notre Dame Cathedral, Saigon Central Post Office, the Reunification Palace, Ho Chi Minh City History Museum, and Ben Thanh Market, and enjoyed performances of Vietnamese traditional music.

Saigontourist Holding Company received around 19,800 cruise tourists. Additionally, Koji Trade and Tourism Investment Joint Stock Company coordinated with India’s Skydays Tours and Travels Private Limited to welcome a delegation of 200 MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) visitors from Cryptriva Group on February 9. Their four-day itinerary included the Reunification Palace, Saigon Central Post Office, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Municipal Theater, Cu Chi Tunnels, and Ben Thanh Market.
The visitors have also experienced a nighttime city tour on a double-decker bus, taken a Mekong Delta tour in My Tho City, and enjoyed Vietnamese and Indian dishes.

Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Promotion Center, Nguyen Tran Tam Ha, said that the city’s tourism industry will continue to make efforts to improve service quality, affirming its position as one of the leading tourist destinations in Vietnam.
The city will be a vibrant destination that blends modernity with unique cultural values, offering tourists unforgettable experiences, she added.

In 2024, Ho Chi Minh City was honored with many prestigious international awards, including ‘Asia’s Leading Business Travel Destination,’ ‘Asia’s Leading Festival & Event Destination,’ ‘Asia’s Leading City Tourist Board,’ ‘Asia’s Best Incentive Destination,’ and ‘Asia’s Best MICE Tradeshow.’ The city was also recognized by American travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler as one of the ‘Top 25 Must-Visit Destinations in 2025’ and 'Asia's Best MICE Destination 2024'.
This year, Ho Chi Minh City's tourism industry expects to welcome 8.5 million international visitors. MICE tourism is considered one of the key products that will contribute to the strong development of the city’s tourism sector.
