Ministry’s hotline set up to receive patients’ complaints

The Ministry of Health receives complaints about treatment quality via the number 19009095 starting on May 1.

In addition to the number, the ministry also has a hot line 0973306306 to take complaints from patients over the quality of treatment in hospitals nationwide. The hot line will be maintained to July, 2014.

The hot line and email had been set up since October, 2013. Besides the Ministry’s hotline, a hospital nationwide is asked to have its own line which is publicized to receive complaints.

The Ministry has received a number of complaints about improper behaviors and service of medical workers to patients as well as negative acts in treatment procedure. Negative acts had been solved and people with wrong behaviors in treating patients are penalized.
