The event will showcase food, drink, bakery, hotel, restaurant and food services equipment, supplies and services of businesses from 20 countries and territories, including Taiwan (China), Australia, the US, Spain, Singapore, Russia, Netherlands, Italia, Malaysia, Poland, China, Thailand and Vietnam.
The exhibition will give participants a chance to meet face-to-face with thousands of potential clients and partners not just within the North but spanning across Vietnam, who are engaged in various areas of Food & Hospitality and are actively looking for suppliers.
The exhibition also includes culinary masterclass for chefs, along with bakery, pastry and barista competitions. The show will enable chefs and baristas to showcase their skills to provide insights and education to the trade visitors.
The 3-day event will feature seminars covering different topics on food safety, industrial kitchen, F&B, hotel management technology applications, e-commerce, and hospitality marketing trends; and insightful discussions and thought-sharing by industry professionals.
