The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced a reduction of anti-dumping tax on frozen shrimps imported from Vietnam.
The announcement is in response to a verdict by the US Court of International Trade.
According to this verdict, taxes applied to Vietnamese exporters during the 2006-2007 phase, have been reduced to 0.01 percent for 22 Vietnamese businesses.
If there is no appeal, DOC will instruct the US customs to apply the new taxes.
