SCB announced its gross profit in the first half of 2014 reached VND 123 billion, up 37.7 percent compared to the same period last year, almost fulfilling its yearly target of 102 percent.
Unnecessary debt gained VND 95,952 billion, up 7.8 percent compared to the beginning of this year. After the first half of this year, SCB has loaned VND 1,482 billion to new individual customers and enterprises. Of these, loans of import-export companies gained VND 476 billion.
The total mobilizing capital touched VND 164,956 billion, an increase of 12.1 percent compared to the beginning of 2014 and fulfilled 56 percent of this year plan. In the first half of 2014, SCB issued 19,901 new ATM cards and kept maintaining the policy free of charge for customers when withdrawing money at ATM of many banks nationwide.

Sacombank and Vietnam Tourism Property Association (VnTPA) has singed the contract of cooperating, which is the basis of issuing Sacombank-VnTPA co-branded card and deploying sponsored company product.
Sacombank-VnTPA co-branded card is the international credit card doubles as a member card of VnTPA. It is aimed to meet the demand of supplementing middle and long term source of capital to invest and develop feasible projects of member companies of VnTPA and help companies take appropriate amount of disbursement money and paying debt method which is suitable with business feature.
