The man, 24 years old, in HCMC’s Can Gio District fell off the motorbike after partaking a party. The accident left him a pain in the lower abdomen, little urine and blood in meatotomy orifice.
The young man was rushed to a local infirmary and then transfered to Binh Dan hospital when he was experiencing abdominal pain and high fever.
After asking him questions and examining, medical workers supposed him to have rupture bladder. Scan results showed that his abdomen had fluids and a 6 cm rupture in bladder; accordingly, surgeons were quick to perform an operation to save the man.
After the two hour operation, surgeons sucked three liter of fluid out of abdomen and suture the ruptured bladder.
One week after, the young patient recovered.
