The bank said the rate of capital disbursement for loans reached over 95 percent, proving that the farmers have used capital loans efficiently.
It also helped farmers improve their living conditions, develop economy stable.
2.1 million farmers offered farming loans
The Vietnam Bank for Social Policies reported from the beginning of this year to July, over 2.1 individual farming households accessed bank loans, totalling VND 52,850billion (VND 24.49 million per one)
