On September 15, in Sung Mang Commune, Tuyen Quang Province, Sai Gon Giai Phong Newspaper and Nhan Hoa Investment, Trading, and Service Company Limited (TOSHIKO), in coordination with Sung Mang Ethnic Minority Boarding Secondary School (Campus 2), the Party Committee, People’s Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Sung Mang Commune, held a ceremony to inaugurate a new dining hall for boarding students.
