A strong cold spell hit Vietnam starting December 25, resulting in showers and low temperatures across the northern and central regions, according to the National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting.
Following the updated weather warning from the National Center for Hydrology Meteorology Forecasting, a heatwave covers the Northern and Central regions on the large scale with a scorching temperature of up to 39 degrees Celsius.
