Public service No.725 on National Portal announced

The Government Office this morning held a press conference in Hanoi to announce the launch of public service No.725 on the National Public Service Portal. From now on, such essential public services as electronic copy certifying, non-compulsory insurance paying, health insurance re-subscribing, level-4 driving licence issuing and changing, and administrative fine paying related to road traffic can be done online.
