On September 8, Secretary of the Party Committee of HCMC Nguyen Van Nen led a taskforce to attend a working session with the city’s Covid-19 Intensive Care Hospital that was established from transforming a part of the Unit 2 of the HCMC Oncology Hospital in Thu Duc City.
Even if HCMC returns to a new normal state, the city’s healthcare system has to be improved and enhance its resilience to adapt to the Covid-19 pandemic, said Secretary of the Party Committee of HCMC Nguyen Van Nen at a working session with the city’s Covid-19 Intensive Care Hospital in Thu Duc City on September 8.
Deputy Secretary of the HCMC Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai visited and presented gifts to the frontline force of the United Workers-Farmers Association field hospital in Cu Chi District on August 17.
The HCMC Covid-19 Intensive Care Hospital has received 160 severe patients after four-day operation, said Vice Director of the hospital, Dr. Tran Thanh Linh.
As of present, 1,405 healthcare workers in HCMC have got Covid-19 vaccination shots. Almost people who have allergic reaction after getting vaccinated have been observed and recovered well.
