Banh Xeo is a rice pancake filled with shrimp, meat and green bean sprouts, with the typical flavor of Vietnamese traditional food.

To make a delicious Banh Xeo with Huong Xua pancake powder, you need the following ingredients: the powder, pork, shrimps, bean sprouts and onions.

First step: Dissolve a 500g powder pack in about one litre of water.

Second step: Heat the cooking oil in a non-stick pan, and then rigorously fry a mixture of pork, shrimps and onions.

Third step: Pour a little of the batter into the pan and thinly.  Place the green been sprouts in the middle of the pancake.

Cover the pan with a lid in for about one minute until the batter is done. Open the lid and sprinkle a little of cooking oil around the pancake edge, so that the pancake can be easily removed.

Wait until the pancake edge bursts and becomes yellow and crispy, fold it in two and then transfer it to a dish. That’s all you need to make a delicious pancake.
