Bitter melon is not simply a kind of fruit. From it, we can make many special dishes. It is not only a kind of food but also a kind of medicine that can help us reduce heat and also help with detoxification. Actually, it is quite easy to make the soup of bitter melon with chopped meat stuffing. The ingredients to make these dishes are very simple and easy to find. Clean the bitter melons, cut a line along them, remove all their seeds and bowel, and then clean them again.
Next, chop the meat, soak the cloud-ear mushroom and field mushroom into water and cut them into thread. Also, soak the vermicelli made of cassava into water and cut them into small pieces. Finally, clean the green onion and cut them into small pieces as well.
Then, mix all these things and add some spices, then we will have the stuffing. Put it into the bitter melons that have already been removed their entire bowel. Then, lay all of them in a pot, pour water over and cook until they are soft and the soup is ready to use. Spoon the soup into a large bowl, then sprinkle pepper and green onion over.
The bitter melon with eggs is also a simple one. Prepare the bitter melon in the same way as we make the soup. Then, cut them into thin slide in the shape of semicircular.

However, in spite of its good effect, the taste of bitter melon still makes many people not be able to eat it. Then, there is a small tip for you to choose the ones that are less bitter. You should choose ones that have a dark green color, slim and long.
These days, people have made various kinds of dish from this bitter melon, such as soup of bitter melon with cow meat, or with fresh shrimp, etc…Yet, the flavor of the dishes from bitter melon cooked by my mother is something that I can never forget.
