The Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam requested to exploitation suspension for the Central region’s Chu Lai, Da Nang and Phu Bai airports on September 18 in order to ensure flight safety due to an impact of storm Noul. 

According to the National Center for Hydro-meteorology Forecasting, this year’s fifth storm Noul is intensifying rapidly close to the Paracel Islands and able to make landfall in the Central region tomorrow. 

Storm Noul has just formed in the East Sea and would be forecast to make landfall in the Central region of Vietnam on September 18.
