The tropical low pressure system near the shore made landfall in the mid- Central region, triggering bad weather of flooding, rain and violent wind in recent days.
This afternoon (July 10), a low-pressure zone formed in the north of Hoang Sa (Paracel) Archipelago and is moving slowly in the Tonkin Gulf, issued by the National Center for Hydro Meteorological Forecasting.
The National Center for Hydro Meteorological Forecasting said at 10am June 7, the 2nd storm centered at 20.9 degrees north latitude, 111.3 degrees east longitude in the East Sea.
A tropical low-pressure system is moving north and west-north at 10km per hour and able to develop into a storm which is forecast to be 250km in the east of the coastal city of Danang and Quang Ngai provinces.
This morning, the national center for hydro meteorological & forecasting warned a tropical low-pressure system forming over the southern part of the East Sea is forecast to be strengthened and heading to the central coastal region.
Carriers have already adjusted their flight schedules to and from Dong Hoi in Quang Binh province and Chu Lai in Quang Nam province due to tropical low pressure in the central region.
