Speaking at the 4th session of the 15th National Assembly (NA), Chairman of the HCMC People’s Committee Phan Van Mai, head of the National Assembly delegation of HCMC proposed the NA and Government support the city to continuously implement Resolution 54 and the construction project of the HCMC international financial center.

The National Assembly this afternoon passed a resolution to pilot special mechanisms for HCMC development with 93.69 percent of deputies voting in a favor of the resolution.
