A delegation of HCMC's officials led by Head of the Propaganda and Education Board of the City Party Committee Phan Nguyen Nhu Khue paid Tet visits to disadvantaged families and individuals in District 6 on January 14. 

At noon of September 17, a working delegation of Ho Chi Minh City led by Head of the Propaganda and Education Board of the City Party Committee Phan Nguyen Nhu Khue visited and encouraged journalists, editors and staff of Sai Gon Giai Phong (SGGP) Newspaper, who were unfortunately infected with the coronavirus. 

After six-day tighter social distancing implementation, almost all residents in HCMC have strictly abided by regulations on social distancing and showed awareness of pandemic prevention and control measures.
