HCMC faces trouble in finding shelter to decentralize residents
In order to reduce the spreading speed of Covid-19 in crowded areas, the Mass Mobilization Commission of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee is cooperating with the localities to relocate people currently living in rented rooms and slums to temporary shelters established inside schools, stadiums, motels. The task proves rather challenging due to a high demand for social security aspects.
