According to a recently issued plan by the ministry, if the Friday falls on holidays, people can move to the next working day.
People will be received at the citizen reception division in the ministry’s headquarters at 18 Nguyen Du, Bui Thi Xuan ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi.
In case the minister is away, he will authorize a deputy to be in charge of the reception of citizens.
In addition to the scheduled day, the minister will receive residents himself or assign a deputy to do that in unexpected, severe, complicated cases attended by many people and related to many agencies and organizations.
The minister and deputies will also handle cases which need to be solved in a timely manner in order not to cause serious consequences, damage properties of the state and teams, harm residents’ lives and assets and affect security, order, politics, social safety.
