

Considered a safe shelter from current chaotic events in the world, Vietnam is enjoying a strong flow of foreign capital. What should be immediately done now is to devise feasible solutions to support domestic businesses resume their operations effectively, and thus improving their ability to attract these foreign capital amounts.
Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee yesterday held the meeting ‘Collecting Suggestions from Investors about Solutions for Socio-Economic Development of HCMC until 2030’, with the participation of the city leaders and 24 major businesses sited in HCMC.
The localities of Tan Binh District in Ho Chi Minh City are suggested to adjust planning around Tan Son Nhat Airport to better serve passengers using this hub for a more sustainable development. This is the proposal of economic and urban planning experts in the conference ‘Direction for Planning and Urban Management in Local Level in Accordance with International Airport Model’, recently held by the HCMC Department of Planning and Architecture.
