
Tan Hoa – Lo Gom Canal facing re-pollution
The 6.8-kilometer-long canal of Tan Hoa – Lo Gom (from Hoa Binh Street of District 11 to Tau Hu – Lo Gom T-junction) is witnessing pollution again after 8 years of sanitation project.
Recently, the air quality in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) has reached a worryingly negative level, greatly disturbing the living standard of urban residents. Various factors have been identified by the Institute for Environment and Resources (under the Vietnam National University – HCMC) as possible causes.
