Construction of 11 anti-flooding projects and one environmental sanitation project costing more than VND8 trillion (US$347.83 million) will begin in HCM City before the end of the year, the municipal Department of Construction has said.
The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), on November 25, signed an ODA loan agreement worth 11,891 billion yen with the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for the Ha Long City Drainage and Wastewater Treatment Project.
