The HCMC People's Procuracy has issued an indictment stating that Vo Nguyen Quynh Trang, 27 has been accused of manslaughter and the abuse of people, and Nguyen Kim Trung Thai, 37 who is convicted of an accessory charge in the death of his eight-year-old girl.

The Investigation Police Agency under the HCMC Public Security Department on January 5 has issued an additional decision of murder conviction of Nguyen Vo Quynh Trang in the fatal child maltreatment.
