The People’s Committee of HCMC has proposed Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh to chair a working session on defining the value of the rest of ODA (official development assistance) loan which will be allocated from the Central budget for the Metro Line No 1 project in HCMC, according to the Office of the municipal People’s Committee on March 22.

In order to ensure the construction progress of Ben Thanh-Suoi Tien metro line project, especially the construction schedule of CP3 bidding package including electricity, rails, locomotives, maintenance equipment, etc, it is important to have an entrance mechanism for 100 foreign experts of Hitachi contractor.
