Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue and his entourage on December 15 offered incense and flowers at the Great Luminary Nguyen Cong Tru temple in Ha Tinh province’s Nghi Xuan district on the occasion of his 240th birthday (Decmber 19) and 160th death anniversary.
