VEC asked to complete ETC system installation for managed projects by July end
Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh yesterday had a working session with the Transport Ministry (MoT) regarding certain problems of BOT (build - operate – transfer) projects and the implementation of electronic toll collection system (ETC).
