Therefore, each civil servant must have a deep understanding of digital transformation.
Finance Minister Ho Duc Phoc said that the Ministry of Finance is promoting the construction of digital platforms in financial services. The application of electronic invoices (e-invoice) makes an important contribution to this successful construction.
