The central coastal province of Binh Thuan will host the second Vietnam International Photography Festival 2023, according to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The International Photography Festival, the first of its kind, was held at the Ho Chi Minh City-based Youth Culture House by the municipal People's Committee in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City Photography Association.
