Quang Binh People's Committee held a meeting at stadium Dong Hoi on April 27, aims to mark the 410th founding of Quang Binh anniversary (1640-2014).
On this occasion, Quang Binh province were received Ho Chi Minh Order by State President Truong Tan Sang.
Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc along with central delegation, Vietnamese heroic mothers, representatives of soldiers of many provinces and cities across the country and some provinces in Laos attended in the ceremony.
Provincial Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Binh Luong Ngoc Binh said Quang Binh is home to train many talents for country in the history of founding and development.
Quang Binh province has been ever affected heavy damages by war, disaster. Nowadays, the province overcomes difficulties to toward economy development and stabilize livings.
Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc congratulated outstanding achievements of the Party, government and people of Quang Binh province in the province’s construction and development.
Besides, Phuc also praised the great efforts and contributions of Quang Binh people for revolutionary career of the Party and the nation.
On the same day, a performance program was held at Cultural Center of Quang Binh province marking the 410th anniversary of Quang Binh. Eleven art delegation attended the event.
A colorful firework performance took also place on Nhat Le River.
