The 2010 Miss Vietnam World Contest wrapped up late Saturday in the central beach city of Nha Trang with Ho Chi Minh City lady Luu Thi Diem Huong crowned.
The 20-year-old won the contest which saw 40 beauties in all in the finale, staged at Vinpearl Land Resort.
Nguyen Ngoc Kieu Khanh from Germany, 19, was the first runner-up while Pham Thuy Vy Victoria from the US came after Khanh, securing the second runner-up title.

Huong, the Ho Chi Minh City lady, outclassed other contestants in the late Q & A session by giving an excellent answer to the question for her about the Temple of Literature in Hanoi. The judging panel assessed her answer the best. She also won the Miss Photogenic title.
The beauty winner received the crown worth VND1 billion (slightly more than US$50,000 and a cash prize of VND500 million.
World renowned band IL Divo performed during the finale together with many Vietnamese star singers.
