Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company (HAP) announced its plan to transfer 2 million shares into Hapaco Finance Investment Company Limited (Hafinco) on August 2. After the stake transfer, HAP will hold 1.5 million shares or 15 percent stake in Hafinco.
