The 10th ASCOPE (ASEAN Council on Petroleum) Conference and Exhibition titled '’Innovation and Development-Forward to the Future’ opened at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City on November 28.
Around 120 local and international enterprises are taking part in the event and displaying their technological achievements and latest modern equipments related to the oil and gas industry.
ASEAN Council on Petroleum (ASCOPE) is the name for both the regional association of national oil companies/authorities and its international meetings. The ASCOPE Conference and Exhibition is held every four years by its members.
This is the first time that the event is being hosted in the country by Vietnam National Oil & Gas Group (PetroVietnam).
The event will run until November 30.
